Week 14 weigh-in. I lost again. I lost .6, for a total of 14.6 pounds in 14 weeks. I really wanted my 15 lb star, so next week it is MINE. I was down much farther on my scale but last week I was down more at WWs then I was at home. This week the scales were more accurate in my opinion. So to restate my goals. I still want to be down 20 pounds by Hilton Head, totally doable. I have 4 weigh-ins left, so I need to lose 5.4 pounds in 4 weeks.
Hope you all are doing well? Mike are you still losing? Ruth have you started doing any formal exercise? I need to go workout soon as I am taking Matthew to see the Chipmunk movie at 1pm. I dont think I will get a workout in later if I dont do it now. Matthew wants tonight to be baked potato night for dinner. Easy meal. I eat mine with FF cottage cheese (actually so do some of my kids) A woman at WWs said she uses salsa when she eats her cottage cheese. I might try that. Salsa is zero points.

Good Job, JO!! I'm very proud of you...after only two days here eating less than healthy meals...we did squeeze some fruit into it...I will need all the time until Hilton Head to get back on track...
