Workout IN, 60 minutes on the treadmill 468 calories woohoo. I was able to the hold the 4.0 speed, once for 5 minutes and a couple more times for 3 minutes. I almost finished 4 miles in the 60 minutes so that means I am getting closer to holding that 4.0 more than any other speed.
Christine ran on the treadmill earlier and she runs at a 6.0. She says she walks at a 3.0. I felt good knowing I walk faster than her. I use a 1.0 incline, too. A friend of mine that does marathons said the incline is better for your knees/hips etc.
Now to shower, have a snack and drink more water. Love, JoJo
