Week 12 weigh-in. I lost 2.6 pounds. SO I lost the 1.2 I gained last week and 1.4 more. So for 12 weeks, I am down. I didnt get a workout in yesterday. So I worked out 5 out of 7 days. I feel really good when I am up and about each day, but sleeping still sucks. Lots of joint pain. I am hoping this will get better as I get the weight off. Hoping I dont find out one day that I have bone cancer (sheesh) I am not a good pill taker or I would take something like an anti-inflammatory. I just dont think to take anything. Today I am heading to IHOP for lunch. I need to get my workout in soon. Megan's bball game is today (not normal) so I will have to get it done before 230pm, when I have to go get Matthew from carpool. Have a great day everyone.
