60 minutes treadmill (4.035 miles, 618 calories) Hauling a**.... weigh-in tomorrow. Had a weird week. Only worked out 3 days, ate everyday at my target,didnt hardly touch my 35 flex points. So I ate great and got in some workouts. Hoping to at least lose .4 to get to my 15 pound mark at WWs. I am down more at home :)
