Today's workout was a Leslie Sansone 30 minute, 2mile tape. It was really good. I think I will do her tapes on days when I dont have time for a full 60 minute workout. It was something to try and raise my arms and legs and be walking quickly. It was a good workout. One DVD as 5 workouts and one DVD I bought has 3 workouts. All of them sound really good. Gotta get closer to that 20 pound mark.
