Friday workout IN. 60 minutes on the treadmill , burning 513 calories. WOOHOO, I am so close to doing 4 miles in 60 minutes. Still walking. No jogging until I get to the 30 pound mark at least. I will decide once I get there.
WE are getting SNOW tomorrow. Long weekend, start of new quarter...good timing :) I plan to sled, last time Megan and I took out a small tree when we hit it LOL
