1:40pm Workout IN. I just finished 60 minutes on the treadmill. I am getting stronger. When I did 60 minutes the first time it said I burned 330 calories, today I burned 370. To keep myself interested while I am working out, I am constantly increasing and decreasing my speed. I challenge myself to stay at a certain speed for a certain amount of time. I am walking by the way. I am not going start jogging until my left leg and back feel stronger.
Right before I got on the treadmill, I got to see some pretty flurries. I dont miss the snow, but the flurries are pretty.
