Hey,
I think we should all join in posting with Jo Jo. I for one have not exercised in many many moons. I need to get motivated.

We have been trying to eat healthier as a family. The kids and I went to Sam's Club the other night and bought a ton of fruit. I am also making alot of healthy soups.

We can post our healthy recipes and try to keep each other motivated.
Here is a really easy healthy black bean dip:

1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can of diced tomoatoes with green chilies
1 can of diced tomatoes with oregano, basil, and garlic
1 can of shoepeg corn (drained)
sweet onion chopped--whatever amount--to taste
8 oz. of light Italian dressing

The only bad thing about this bean dip is the after effects--if you get my drift. I eat healthy but I stink and have no friends. LOL

Another thing the kids love is to make smoothies with the fruit we bought--Mary Rose made strawberry banana smoothies with slow churned vanilla ice cream and skim milk. They were wonderful. I am sure there is a healthier way to make it--probably juice instead of ice cream. :)

Sounds yummy. I will put it in my recipe builder so I know how many calories and points it is. I will share things later, too.

No workout today (Thursday) but tomorrow I will have Matthew home from school, so I will workout.
