Workout in. 60 minutes on the treadmill. Calories burned 386. I have worked out 432 minutes since the New Year started. I made a chart today to keep track of my minutes. I keep track of them in my WWs food journals, but it is easier to have it all on my sheet.
I finished my workout at 425pm. Matthew stayed home from school today and we didnt come downstairs until late. I think I slept more than he did. He watched TVand read a book. Christine had her first final today. She has 3 left.
Took yesterday off from working out. I will workout tomorrow and maybe have a planned day off again on Sunday. Working out 5 days a week feels really good.
