Amazing workout IN. I did it, I did 60 minutes and 403 calories. The treadmill can be the most boring workout unless you make it interesting. I have music in the room I am in, but no TV so I rely on pushing myself to the next level and trying to hold it. Once I commit to a speed, I have to stick with it for at least a minute. I am tending to commit to a speed and seeing it through sometimes as long as 3 minutes. I feel good going into my weigh in tomorrow. I am hoping to get closer to my 15 pound mark. The 20 pound mark is still what I am shooting for Hilton Head, which is 6 weigh-ins. So 8.4 pounds in 6 weeks. Hope you all are doing well? I cant wait to go to Hilton Head. This week, I will go get the educational experience forms from my kids school.

Yeah! I'm so proud of you, Jo, and so jealous! I can't do anything for 60 minutes straight, except sit on my rearend...Keep it going!
I'm trying to motivate myself to go to the gym tonight while Maura is at JYM...
