60 minute workout. Leslie Sansone Super Challenge 4 mile. It was a good workout. SO different than the treadmill. It is funny each is a really good workout in a totally different way.

I am going to bring them both with me. Its weird, when I think about working out in HH, I have a hard time picturing myself doing it and yet I cant imagine a day not doing it. I need to do a walking workout outside before HH so I can get a feel for that kind of workout. I am used to pushing myself on a treadmill. And the DVD workout is good, but I will need to have a place to do it that wouldnt be too weird LOL
When I lost the weight last time I did workout in HH. I remember doing the workout in that room that was enclosed, you could see the room below.
