Workout today. I got on the treadmill and went 1 minute. My foot is too tender. I got off and popped in a tape. I did the Leslie Sansone Walk and Kick 2mile tape...30 minutes, walking and kicking boxing moves. I then did the Leslie Sansone 1 mile Get Up and Get Started tape which was another 18 minutes. So 48 minutes of workout tapes today. I have points left for the day. So overall a very good day.
Tomorrow for Ash Wednesday, I am going to Kabuki for a field trip with Megan's class. I guess I will eat shrimp :) and veggies. I have no idea how to count the points. I think I will do some research before heading to bed. Night All. Love, JoJo
