Loss #16. Today was the 16th week and I was down .4. I have entered a new weight class. (love sounding like I am a wrestler) I had an Ok week. I need to get back on the treadmill. The top of my foot has been bothering me, that is why I started doing the workout tapes. (which I still really like) I only did 3 workouts this past week. I really like getting 5 in. I really should have gotten them in before the weekend. With Megan having a soccer tournament,I knew it would be hard to get them in on Saturday and Sunday. So today my goal is to do the treadmill. I will report back after I finish. I know how you miss my updates :) 12 days until Hilton Head!!!!!
