Workout in. 5 minutes treadmill ...60 minutes 4 mile Super Challenge Leslie Sansone. Cant decide about having my foot/leg/knee looked at. Seems the pain is going from the ankle up to the knee. I keep thinking if it is ligaments/tendons, it just will require rest right? No time for rest , just kidding. We shall see.
I have to admit I am a daily weigher . I know my weight most every day. I ate really well yesterday had a short workout and drank my water...I was down 1.2 pounds from my weight yesterday. The plan is to have a super strong week going into the weekend. Look out Hilton Head here we come.
