What a crazy day! I dont like Mondays. I am so tired and the day just drags on and on. Today Christine called for a ride home from track practice when I was getting ready to take Matthew to religion. I tell her OK I will pick you up but you have to ride with me to church. I go to get her and Becca climbs in (not a problem but more driving for me) They want to stop at the Fellows after I drop off Matthew because she has made cookies after school. I drop Matthew off, take the girls for cookies. I take Becca home and finally make it home in time for a few minutes before I have to head back to church. I needed to get Matthew so I could then run to the middle school and get Megan from her last tryout for basketball. She came out smiling saying they would post the girls names at 9pm. I was like oh man, are you kidding me. From there Megan and Matthew and I drove to Wendy's to grab dinner. After a quick meal Matthew and I headed to Dreamsports to look at roller hockey equipment. We got there at 715 and by 745 the guy in the sports shop had called Play It Again Sports in Raleigh for me so I could get my stuff there. The sports shop didnt have his size in some stuff and other stuff was expensive. So by 755pm, I was heading to North Raleigh. Matthew and I walked out of there with $207 worth of stuff at 858pm. Now I need to pick up Megan and see if she made the bball team. I get home at 930, grab her and Christine and we head to the middle school. Only 5 7th graders made the team, #8 Megan Miller was one of them. Dang it now she is playing bball 5 days a week. Just kidding (kinda) Megan decides her treat for making the team is a sweet tea from McDonalds. We come home and Matthew has to try on ALL of his hockey stuff. That was interesting to watch. We will have to head to the rink an hour early to get it all on. I hope Tuesday will be better. Fat chance...megan has bball until 445, christine is done with track at 445 and Matthew has roller hockey placement from 4-5pm. Guess I will look forward to Wednesday :)

Reading your adventure makes me realize that it is my future as well. Taking kids everywhere, rushing around. I like some of it, except the part where it stresses us all out.

Congratulate Meghan for making the team. It cracks me up to think that Matt is old enough to play hockey. Tell Marty and the kids that Uncle Mike says "Hey!".

Love and God Bless,

Mike
