I weighed in this morning and I am ready to get started. I need to make some changes around here for sure. About 3 weeks ago, I just stopped drinking coffee. One would think that would be a good thing, but really there wasnt many calories in the coffee I drink as I drank it with FF cream and only had one cup a day, sometimes less. What did I start drinking in its place, sweet tea. Lots of sugar and calories. Plus, I havent been drinking any water in addition to the tea. SO I need to start drinking water and rethink the sweet tea.
I made my Weight Watchers chili last week so I know what I am having for lunch. It is Monday and we are going to Pizza Inn (buffet salad and pizza bar) for dinner as we do this every Monday after Matthew's rollerhockey game. We have been doing this with our neighbors, another family and other families that will randomly join us for about 6 months or more. I will watch what I eat tonight.
I am ready and glad that others are wanting to get moving and losing, too. Love, JoJo
