Workout IN.
60 minutes (4.379 miles, 695 calories)

20 minutes of jogging at 4.5 pace (13:20 mile)....drank some water
15 mintues of jogging at 4.5 pace
10 minutes of jogging at 4.5 pace
15 minutes of jogging at 4.5 pace

Goal this week breakthrough the 25 pound mark and get closer to the 30 lb mark. I am down today on my scale 27 pounds since I started.
