Phew,
Just got done working out. I did 30 minutes straight jogging. I went 2.198 miles. I love my new heartrate monitor. I like to workout at my max heartrate. I did landscaping at the front entrance on Friday for 3 1/2 hours. Yesterday I was SOOOO sore. Today the first 20 seconds on the treadmill, I was thinking "on man, I am never going to make it 10 minutes forget about going 20-30-or 40 minutes" Now that I am done I feel so much better.
My weigh-in this week will be on Wednesday, there will be no meeting on Monday due to the Holiday. On my scale today, I am already down 1.2 pounds from last week. I am hoping to make it more like 2 pounds by Wednesday. Then I will have a short week before my next Monday weigh in.
I hope you all are doing well. We are crazy busy here. Swim team has started. Matthew is currently busy with his baseball tournament on top of swim team and he plays roller hockey on Wednesday nights. I will share some hockey pictures later. (((((hugs)))) Love you all, JOJO
