Just finished 30 minutes on the treadmill. I, also,did light weights earlier watching TV. My intensity is getting better on the treadmill, last week calories burned was 150 and 153. Today it was 170. I cant believe it is almost 3pm, time for a shower. Love, JoJo

Hey, Jo! Good going on the treadmill! I have no energy and I need to get back to the gym...I went last night for the first time in a while and I was wiped out when I finished...now I just need to keep going and not let another couple of weeks go by...
I have no idea what I am getting my kids for Christmas...time is ticking

Hey, if we have a contest to get into shape by Hilton Head, make sure you record your starting weight and the winner is based on % body weight lost. Sound good?

Oh, and by the way, the winner gets a free dinner, a year supply of chocolates, and all the bread they can eat.

Look out...GAME ON! Bread, I love bread. Chocolate makes me feel icky...not sure rewarding me with chocolate would be a reward. I am feeling really good. Would I like to see bigger losses at the scale, sure who wouldnt. But what makes me feel good is knowing each week I am losing more and more. If you hold a 1/4 stick of butter in your hand, you will see I am losing at least that each week, mostly 2 sticks the other weeks. And then when you hold a 5lb bag of sugar, you see I have lost that and 2.8 pounds more. SO I am ok with losing slowly so far. It is 9 weeks until Hilton Head. Get moving everyone. Love, JoJo
